Nexus Admin PGP Canary Statement Updated — Q1 2026
Published: 2026-03-26 · ← Back to News
The Nexus Darknet Market administration has published its Q1 2026 warrant canary statement, signed with the administrative PGP key. The canary confirms that as of the publication date, no law enforcement requests, server seizures, or security compromises have been disclosed to or by the Nexus administration.
The canary includes a Bitcoin block hash from a recent block as a freshness proof, verifying the statement was generated after the specified date and could not have been prepared in advance under duress. Users are advised to verify the PGP signature against the published Nexus administrative public key to confirm authenticity.
Canary verification is an important security practice for any darknet marketplace user. A missing canary or a canary that fails PGP verification should be treated as a potential signal of law enforcement interaction and warrants extreme caution before accessing the platform. See the mirrors page for the current Nexus administrative PGP key.
